What did you do to be happy? or What did you do to overcome your anxiety?

A lot actually. I was in an unhealthy relationship that was hurting both of us and we realized we needed to stop that, so that was one step. Then my mom had been letting me take her Zoloft and I think that mellowed me out a whole bunch. I don’t want to say “take a drug and you’ll be okay” cause I think I could have done it without zoloft. I still take it but idk, I’m kinda just scared to stop at this point. But then also there are people that helped me be happy. You need to surround yourself with people who are positive and happy. It’s really hard to be happy when you’re only friends with depressing and messed up people, sad but true. I think the Zoloft just really helped me open up more than anything and it helped me sort out my head. I take problems and daily things one step at a time so I don’t overwhelm myself. Also you just have to see life in a new way. You have to be able to see how beautiful and amazing the world is. I realized even just being outside gives me this euphoric feeling of peace or something like that and so when I’m feeling unwell I go sit out side or go for a walk or I do I when I’m happy and I’m just that much happier. And sometimes you meet people who just change your life and help you see everything in a different way and I got lucky and met one. There’s no one easy step to be happy, and it’s different for everyone. Just make your life about you and being happy and you can do it. And if you need someone to vent or just chat with,
I’m always here❤️
